They required you to write a 10 minute presentation on how you would rollout the CE Program in Ontario. Then they interviewed me to about an hour. I had a second interview with two new people about 2 weeks later. Again it lasted about an hour. Then they ghosted me. Maybe I wasn't the right fit but to go through two interviews and spend a few hours writing a presentation without any kind of follow up....even a quick e-mail...is pretty rude. I am glad I didn't get an offer with this kind of behaviour.
