The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by three interviews with sales leaders focused on my leadership experience, coaching philosophy, sales strategy, and cross functional collaboration. I also completed a take home project to demonstrate my approach to building and leading an SDR organization. The final stage was an in office interview, where I met with additional team members to assess cultural fit, communication style, and overall alignment with the role and the organization.
