The interview panel was 3 consecutive 45 minute interviews. Very laid back employees that interview, really want to know your character and what your passion is. I was recruited from campus, had one interview the next day, and then was chosen for the Greenfield, IN interviews.

Basic situational STAR interview questions.
Tell me about a time you had to work in a difficult team?
Lots of team building questions, and they want to see leadership skills.
Very pleasant conversation and will be asked the same questions rephrased in every interview session.
15 minute phone screening with an HR representative. Basic screening questions such as my college education, extracurricular and work experiences. Some questions as to what I hoped to take from my internship, and some inquiry as to which types of roles I would prefer.

Online interview, the participant includeed: a HR, a supervisor, and a manager.
Information was friendly shared, but there were still some difficult answers. However, after the interview, there wasn't any notification from company about passing or not.

STAR format questions. Normal questions about groups and how to deal with problems within the groups. I did not have any technical questions. After the interview I received an offer which I had to sign within a week or so.
