Entrevista
I interviewed three times over the course of a week and a half back in April 2015. I first met with a senior person in the team for a one on one interview. The manager of the team was out that week so I did not meet with him until the second interview early the following week. During my first interview I was asked questions about my work history and I had a chance to ask about the company and role. My interviewer was very knowledgeable on the company as he had worked there in many different roles for a number of years.
I got a called back in early the following next week and met with the manager one on one and then with the rest of the team in a round table like interview. It was a little intimidating being interviewed by so many people at once but they all seemed nice enough. The manager stressed the importance of working well within the team and finding a good match. Seemed like the team that interviewed me liked the company and they had multiple questions regarding attention to detail and said they get a lot of requests from everyone in the company.
I came back for a third interview 2 days later and I was given a skills test of sorts using their system and excel. This time I met with the senior member of the team again as he asked me excel based questions and walked me through the system they used. I was told it was between me and another candidate but ultimately did not get hired. I was given a personality test as well that I took and submitted but never heard anything back on that.
