Started with a general telephone interview with HR, usual sort of questions trying to find out a bit more about you. Second stage was a face to face interview with a technical member of staff and a manager. Third stage was a face to face interview with CTO + 2 senior members of staff.
No surprises in terms of questioning. Lots of open ended questions to let you demonstrate your experience and find out your way of thinking.
Overall the process took a while, but this was due to staff holidays over August.
