Consisted of 2 stages, with a wait of over a week between the 2 and no mention of stage 2 in the first interview. Very little communication of Indeed messages being read/replied to. First interview gave less than 24 hours notice. In both interviews, both people answered the phone and one was spending the time on the computer whilst I was sat in the middle and could see the screens. Didn't always have their full attention and the latter interview it was implied I was successful and then got a generic rejection with no feedback.
