I was contacted by university recruiting and had a pre-screening call with the rep. Following that, I had 3 separate phone calls with various hiring managers within the Systems Engineering department. Finally, I came in for an in-person interview at the Irvine location with several of the hiring managers / principal engineers. The phone calls and in-person interviews were very conversational rather than the traditional interview behavioral questions.
