One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever had to go through. Applied and recruiter Jennifer reached out to schedule a time for a phone screen. Selected an available time via their scheduling system and received confirmation. Recruiter was 10 minutes late to the call and did not apologize for the tardiness. Began our call by asking “why Edwards? I know you can promote internally at your current employer.” Such an accusatory and irrelevant question to ask to a prospective candidate. She then proceeded to talk about how great Edwards is and what the role is a live before opening it up for me to discuss my experience. After talked about my experience and fit for the role, she wanted to schedule an interview with me and the hiring manager. We agreed on a date and time. I never received any confirmation or correspondences regarding the interview and she did not reach out to me before or after our scheduled time. Extremely unprofessional attitude. Stay away.

Entrevista
I was very impressed with the company itself. The products and culture are both top-notch. My initial interview was via phone, with a followup site interview. That was followed by a flyback to Irvine for additional interviews. Only two of the interviewers asked technical questions, the rest were non-technical in nature. All of the interviewers went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My perception is the company would be a great place to work.
