After agreeing to reschedule a phone call appointment at the request of the HR recruiter, I accepted the change in date and time. Unfortunately, despite my acceptance, the HR recruiter did not follow through with the rescheduled call, providing no explanation or response. This lack of communication and professional courtesy has left me disheartened, and I have decided not to consider applying for opportunities with this company in the future.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
