The hiring process consisted of mainly an interview with an HR person who screened my about my past experiences and then decided if I would qualify for the 1 on 1 with the financial advisor that I would be working for.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
