First interview was on the interview day, an opportunity provided by our college. At the end of the interview, the interviewer asked me to email him my resume in order for him to forward it too the hiring committee. I had to open up an account with my complete profile on their company website for scheduling the second interview.

There were two different stages. One that was similar to HireVue where you recorded your own answers, but you could rerecord and take your time, which was nice. The second was with a person from Human Capital and was all behavioral.

The interview process was friendly but formal and serious. The team members are very helpful in learning about the company but ask question to learn about you. They truly seem to care if you are a good fit.

The first step is a systematic interview, recording interview questions for 2 minutes or less in front of the camera, there are a lot of small questions, all about behavior question. The overall difficulty is not high.
