Complete disrespect for the candidate. Excessive amounts of interviews (7+) only to have the salary offer to be weak and not competitive. They give the impression that, since Edward Jones is an amazing organization (cough cough), that they need to interview you to the hilt. Don't fall for it. The grass is NOT greener on the Edward Jones side.

There was a Pre interview step with an online questionnaire where you had to create a video response to questions and upload. If you picked for the interview, it was an hour video interview with the hiring manager.

The first step in the interview process was a video call. You were given a set of questions to answer and had to record yourself during your answers, being mindful that there was a time limit and you could not pause or go back. Definitely not a good way to interview.

The interview is behavioral questions. They were not case interview questions. Use the STAR method to answer the questions. It took a few weeks for the entire process to occur from the initial point (phone interview) to the final round (on-campus).
