Its been awhile since I went through the hiring process but the process starts with corporate applications, and interviews. Then you are interviewed by the FA who makes the final choice. I actually researched the office that was hiring and dropped by to introduce myself to the FA, and leave a copy of my resume. It was a good choice and I'm sure helped me to stand out among the half dozen or so other applicants for the position.
I'm not sure if my experience is typical, but I found the process the be rather lengthy - almost 6 weeks from beginning to end.

A personality test given by the FA, which I don't think was a corporate wide practice. It wasn't difficult, but it was unexpected.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
