We’re sorry to hear that your interview experience was less than satisfactory. It’s never our intention to make a candidate feel insignificant or that we’re not interested. Sometimes we have multiple candidates meeting with 2-3 interviewers back-to-back, which is primarily due to scheduling constraints. Our interviewers try to be mindful of everyone’s time so that they don’t run over or shortchange anyone, but we can see where checking the time more than once can be misconstrued as uninterested or distracting. We will certainly use this feedback going forward to make improvements in our interview process and ensure our interview experience is positive for everyone.
