Entrevista
I would consider it a fairly in depth interview process for an intern position. Because ETC is small close knit team they ask a lot of questions and try to really get a feel for who you are. I was asked about everything on my resume and given numerous hypothetical situations to work through.
There is of course the standard questions about any past behaviors you've had. I would suggest having a note pad ready and questions to ask to the interviewer to show you've done your research.

Name a time that you made a mistake in a team environment. How did you handle it?
How would you describe your time management abilities? Examples?
Describe a time that you had to manage multiple projects at a time? How did you get it all done?
Many questions of that nature and they will ask you to talk about specific examples from your past.
