Had 5 interviews, one of which was with 5 people back-to-back. Everyone was very nice, personable, and friendly and the questions asked were very to the point and focused on my resume, as I believe all interview questions should be. The problem I had was with the ridiculous amount of interviews, all of which I was given very positive feedback on from everyone... but was given no job offer afterwards, after all that time and effort. I was even told that they were ready to move on to next steps the following week. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they decided to go with someone else. Very disappointing, to say the least. Not very fair to give the person your interviewing their hopes up for nothing, especially with that amount of interviews over the course of over a month’s time.
