The team rushed me through three rounds of interviews which seemed promising, and then I was ghosted. Months later and I haven’t even seen a templated email confirming that I wasn’t selected for the position. If this is the level of respect that is shown to professionals who have interest in contributing to the organization, then I think I dodged what would have been a negative employee experience.
