First-round phone call, they ask you some mental math, probability, EV questions, etc. Normal trading questions. They then gave me a case study that I had to work on to try and understand a given situation and why the data was behaving a particular way and to figure it out. They assign you a coach or mentor that helps you along the way to help you in case you don't know much about markets and to help explain the terms to you.

The first stage was an online math test. It was 50 questions in 5 minutes, a variety of different mental math problems were on the Exam. The next 2 rounds were phone interviews with different members of the trading team
