Met with a recruiter who mentioned she recruited for other business units. She did the initial screen then scheduled 4 individual interviews with senior client services leaders. All interviews were conversational and I was told I was a strong candidate. I was told I'd "hear back in a week" about the next steps. I reached out repeatedly over the next three months to all people I interviewed with about the status of the search and was ghosted. It was a little disappointing to prepare work for multiple interviews and be told I was a strong candidate then not get the courtesy of closing me.
