There was an initial teams meeting with the hiring manager followed by an in person meeting with the hiring manager. At the end of the in person interview the hiring manager said that he liked me and would let me know a decision early the following week. I never heard anything back despite reaching out to follow up a few times. Edge building solutions is also Southern Staircase and Century Cabinets and it does not seem that they value the time of their candidates. They have reposted the job 4 months later and still will not provide me with any clarification as to why I was ghosted or why the job has been reposted.
