The recruiter reached out shortly after I applied. The phone screening went well, and the recruiter was great to talk to. However, after the initial phone call, she never responded to my emails or followed up on the next steps. She sent one email after I sent two follow-ups and stated that she would follow up once the team had decided. I followed up a week later, but there was no response. I think it's super unprofessional of an HR person not to respond to their candidates. I did not receive a rejection or follow-up. This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth and I would never want to work for a company like this.
