Entrevista
Took part in a brief telephone interview. Interviewer was very polite, personable and professional.
I was very upfront as to why I was looking for a new opportunity, as well as where I was with other potential opportunities. Interview ended with my commitment to keep Interviewer informed of any changes and received confirmation that Ecolab would do the same and was planning on in person interviews within two to three weeks. Followed up with email and left two voice mail messages, never heard back. It has been over 2-1/2 months, company has re-posted new identical job postings twice since phone interview. Very unprofessional employment recruiters!!

I had a brief phone screening with talent acquisition, then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. We had a great discussion, the manager ended with "I really enjoyed our conversation, I hope we can speak again" at the end, which sounded like the interview went well, however I never heard back. Pretty awful for companies to ghost you after inteviews that went well.

The interview process consists of three stages: interviews with HR, the Manager, and the Director. It’s a simple, straightforward approach, similar to most common processes, being structured and professional. The evaluation is dynamic, objective, and concise, with detailed and formal questions focusing on candidates’ qualifications and experience. Although it follows a typical standard, communication is clear regarding expectations and feedback. Preparation is essential, as the process involves decisions based on specific requirements and candidate performance.
