3 rounds of interviews with 3 different people. All behavioral based, some to test tenacity, adaptability, stress management etc. Had dinner and took a plant tour with current supply chain leadership personnel. Everyone was very nice and we all had the opportunity to interact with each other and learn more about the company. Interviews were relaxed and somwhat conversational

I only made it through the 1st round. In the interview 2 people asked situational and behavioral questions. At the end there was time for me to ask questions. (The total was 30 minutes). It was on my college campus and they interviewed dozens of candidates

The interview was very conversational, and seemed very laid back. As long as you understand your resume and have basic understanding for behavioral questions, you should be good. The interview was about 30 minutes, and I used about 10 minutes to ask questions.

Met initially with a recruiter at my university career fair. They then requested I come in for an interview the next day. Following that, they sent out an online assessment (2 hours long), and then requested I come in for a final interview at their headquarters.
