It's a funny Interview process with the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager. The recruiter connects me (from the Job Portal) and asking for the Time slot with the HM. It was Wednesday and the time slot is for Tuesday & Friday. I booked from Friday, however he booked for next friday and when I asked for this friday or coming Tuesday, the recruiter is on Leave :) . Anyhow the 1st round is with the HM and he seems not turned on his Camera and asked various sorts of question, not a single question related to the Data Science or Machine Learning. After 1.5 weeks, I asked the recruiter the update, the recruiter mentioned, he will update on the end of the day. In the evening he mentioned "they are fortunate enough to have some strong candidates they are interviewing for". They found all the strong candidates in the same day itself when I called them. Strong candidates from product team or solid Data Science / ML background should either avoid such organisation or should pressing the recruiter who would be the person taking the 1st round and what's he is looking for and how the interview will looks like or else it's a complete waste of time / energy.
