Headhunter reached out to me through LinkedIn. I initially had a phone interview with HR. I then had two rounds of in-person interviews. In the first round, I interviewed with the production managers and the production director. In the second round, I had a plant tour and an interview with the plant manager. The interviews were very thorough, focusing on soft skills and past experiences.
