2 rounds of mental math and probability questions, with interview with HR and then a senior trader.
Recommended to read up on market making strategies before, since that was the core part that I did not do well and did not make it to a further round

Kind and prompt HR department. Friendly interviews with other workers. Lots of rounds testing different aspects and skills (written tests, interview questions, etc). Always very welcoming with scheduling and other requirements.
