1st Round- Technical Round (45 mins): RM was lenient throughout the process. His main focus was on snap fit design and relations as well as on tolerance Stack up. He was helpful throughout the process.
2nd Round- Managerial Round (45 mins): He was focused on past project and experiences, mainly upon the procedure to complete the tasks. He would interrupt you and ask about the process (standard, documentation, testing) required to complete the tasks. He was strict throughout the interview.
