Initially interviewed by phone with HR. Was brought in later to interview with the team and manager. Had to come back another day to interview with VP of Ops. Process was long and drawn out (applied in December, hired in April) but otherwise pretty standard. The people I met in the interview was what convinced me I wanted to take the job.
