Interview process is fairly standard. You'll be asked to 1-2 phone screens and then brought on-site. When you come on-site, you will be asked a series of Behavioral based questions. The format and length might vary, but every Eaton site follows the same format. Be sure to go into detail and don't be afraid to be honest. Every one has had issues with co-workers and everyone makes mistakes. The HR people are fairly good at maintaining contact, although sometimes it can take a little longer than you'd like to hear from them.

Entrevista
Phone screen with recruiter, Teams interview with Plant Manager, onsite interview with management team. It was supposed to then be an interview with Corp HR but didn't schedule that. Very slow process, very delayed response. Had to follow up a few times in-between to get an agenda.
Phone screen with recruiter, followed by phone interview with hiring manager then final, panel interview. Depending on the position, you may be asked to do a business case presentation for your final interview

Entrevista
It was a standard interview process. It started with an initial phone screen with the Human Resources Director, followed by a video interview, finally I was invited on site for the final interview to meet with the leadership team.
