I recently applied for a job at Eastern Computer Exchange. I did not get to the point of an interview but I want to comment on how they handle the process because they are a stand-out operation. Unlike many applications submitted, I wasn't ghosted on this. I got live feedback from their HR letting me know that they had looked at the resume. What made me leave this review was that after the initial phone screen I was able to call and actually reach their HR in person when I called to follow-up on the process and got straight answers. It was much appreciated as a job seeker.
