The first round is a recorded interview. This is followed by a couple of phone screenings and a in person superday. The phone screening are mainly behavioral. Overall it is you typical interview process.

Was a pretty short interview. Online Zoom calls, typical real estate questions, sometimes late to call and had to reschedule which felt a bit unprofessional. One person focused on behaviorals while another person focused on more technical questions.

Long interview process with 3-4 rounds of phone interviews with analysts and associates. Followed by a superday consisting of several hours of back-to-back interview rounds with employees at every level.
