Honestly so disappointed by an interview I had high hopes for. If I had known that you wouldn't have an actual interview and that basically your culled midway through the day I wouldn't have wasted my time. So many other candidates had been back multiple times but I don't understand why they do that it's like dangling a carrot. Ive always been taught to not over talk others but also to speak up but emr are looking for people that are obviously desperate for the role and take over in the group activities. The managers... ive never felt so not welcomed apart from one the rest came across as unfriendly. I understand that they are looking for a certain standard but it just felt very unfair and as though they had picked certain people without giving others the chance in a one on one. Ive always wanted to work onboard a train but this experience has sadly completely put me off, I dont know how they have the nerve to tell people to reapply for other roles in the future when they have just given such a negative representation of the company. Please do not waste your time you will just walk away feeling completely deflated with no feedback
