It was a standard interview process. I submitted my CV and completed and online application form and a personal statement of suitability. This was followed by an invite to a formal, in person, interview with 2 interviewers who took turns asking questions, a lot of safeguarding focus, but nothing too challenging
Thank you for completing a review of our interview process. Our application form has somewhat developed since 2021 and we now have an online application and CVs aren't required, although if you do upload a CV, it pulls your employment history through.
