Very professional and friendly, lots of emphasis on DEI, questions about how I tackled challenges in a real world example and how I described myself. The interview was over Zoom and held with two people. They were both kind and let me explain my interest in the position without much interference with questions.

Easy, just resume and cover letter then an interview, reference checks. No complaints, everyone I came in contact with was very passionate about their job and enjoyed their work. Very straightforward questions, took about 30 minutes.
