Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Early Autism Services (Chicago, IL) en sept 2017
Entrevista
Pretty easy, nothing too hard. Easy going. The interviewer was comfortable, I felt good talking to her. The questions weren’t too bad. Nothing threw off the interview. I met them at the Starbucks and I waited for a little bit. We talked for about an hour. It felt like an easy conversation with a friend which made my nerves feel better. Overall pretty good process

What would you do if your client is having a hard day?
Online interview then in person training which was more hands on and therapy focused. Interview was very chill and wonderful chatting about the role and process about what it means to be a behaviour therapist

the interview was very informative when describing the job position and engaging as in it would keep you asking questions and learning new information abut the role. My supervisor who did interview me was very lovely and make me excited to come to work everyday as i knew right then i would have the support i needed to do a good job with the clients.

They give everyone the job. Also, they're really unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and just go work on your career someplace else. This place will really just waste a lot of your time. They say your first 40 hours are unpaid but they don't mention the countless hours you'll be spending doing online videos and "other training" which is also unpaid. They give you $300 for RBT training but ask you to give it back later if you're not there for a year. Their online system never works. Oh and the people that are above you will just be entitled young married women who are trying to prove themselves by putting others down. Note: during the interview always say that you have ABA experience and then as for a raise, otherwise they'll pay you less. That is, if you actually take the job, which I highly discourage!
