First interview was about getting to know me, and test my ability to approach new tech areas. Then a take home assignment to check research skills. A very practical, straightforward process.
Interview process consisted of initial HR phone interview, series of interviews followed with department head etc. at home test was a 24 hour writing challenge around four pages with four different sections

Easy and very nice people to converse with - 4 or 5 interviews in total with a case study near the end and a final interview with the VP of consulting and Head of HR. Overall an easy process.
