Multiple Phone Interviews, face to face with HRBP, face to face with RVP and phone interview with VP of operations. Was in the beginning phase of switching background companies so mine took almost 3 weeks. Obviously was not my fault however this was very annoying.

The interview process allowed me to learn more about the company and the role. Traditional P&L, behavior, and performance questions. I left the interview with a greater understanding of what to expect as an operator for this organization.
