Video, Group dynamic, speed interviews, partner interview. EY summit takes an entire day. Overall it takes about a month. You can get an offer for any service line which might not be very practical if you want something specific.

Entrevista
First it was a group case where you discuss it with 3 other candidates. You are not allowed to ask questions. The question is mainly general and is intended to see how the group dynamics would function.The time break down is as follows: 5 minutes individual preparation. 30 minutes group discussion. 10 minutes to present the answer. 10 minutes to write individual debriefing. Then, one manager would interview you and ask you about some behavioral situation countered in the past.

The first-round interview was rather comprehensive - first a personal interview, and then a case interview with a manager.

First round digital interview with a second and final round on site interview. Interviewers are very down-to-earth and easy to have a good conversation with. All together very positive interview experience.
