There process was not time limited, and fully online. The connection for me was good and website provided instructions in detail. Generally questions are corresponding with a short video or a image to help you understand the background.

Gather in service lines people applied for, Short introduction with a representative. Either go for interview or group case study first and vice versa, Short afternoon tea in between each session.

Online Application, then Online Assessment with Job Simulation Interview, then Assessment Center (1 on 2 interview with seniors followed by a group case study on Environmental and Sustainability). Interview was casual and friendly.
