Behavioural style interview - very friendly and comfortable. Interviewers were approachable and easy to get along with. There were two half hour interviews with two different interviewers. Needed to be well prepared but was not asked any technical questions.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
