There was an Online test followed by a Group Discussion and then there were face to face interviews. The online test was based on logical, analytical and verbal reasoning which was comparatively easy if you are in touch with such type of questions or preparing for CAT. The group discussions were easy and they were only looking if the candidate can put his points forward boldly. The face to face interview was more like an HR type of interview were they were asking us questions on our resume.

Very relevant questions and a clear line of questioning. Interviewers made me feel very comfortable. 2 interviewers were present. One HR personnel and one other senior
employee was present and they asked questions alternatively.
