Very quick process...3-4 weeks beginning to end. Had an initial HR phone screen with boiler plate questions. Followed by a "technical" screen with a Senior Manager in the competency in which was I interviewing. Finally, brought on-site for 3 Final Round, in-person interviews. 2 were with partners, 1 was with a manager.

round 1: technical - asked on past project experience and few technical questions
round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .
