First round interview was an online video response that consisted of 7 behavioral questions mostly focusing on teamwork, strengths/weaknesses, and resume. Second round interview was a super day that consisted of 2 back to back interviews. The first interview was another behavioral interview. The second interview was a case that had to do with improving a company by looking at their income statement. Very qualitative case, minimum numbers, they are looking for conceptual understanding. The offer came 3 1/2 weeks after super day.
I have two back to back behavioral based interviews that will evaluate my past experiences, problem solving abilities, communication, and teamwork skills through situational questions designed to assess my fit and performance.

I had a great experience interviewing with EY. Two back-to-back interviews. Very laid back, good vibes all around. My interviewers were very friendly and we had great conversations. Be ready to talk about yourself and your background. Also have some questions of your own prepared because they leave significant time for that.

The process starting from the screening to the interview results process took well over a month. Interview was not too difficult. Wish the recruiter had been more timely and upfront.
