Their hiring MGT process is a disaster, I had applied to this company about a yr ago for a different role. I received an invitation by Talent Acquisition- Coordinator Cox, who states I would be the perfect fit. After reviewing & applying online I didn't hear back, I then called the TAC 2x's on different days. 1st time leaving message on voice mail with contact info to discuss the role, on the 2nd call TAC states wants to set up a interview. The day of the interview TAC sent a email to me stating, "After reviewing of your resume, we decided to pursue other candidates." I call TAC for clarity, TAC slips-up that the position is pending with another candidate. I then ask about the other locations for the same position. TAC states that I can apply online. This event took place in a 3 days time frame. I began to review more and found that this role is still on many hiring/job sites.
