Aptitude test followed by the technical and hr round.The aptitude level was medium and it was all about time management.The technical round was all about your cv , puzzles and guesstimates.They were checking your logical approach for things and not answers.

The questions like why exl? , why should we hire you?
Basic type of interview focused on resume and other basic skills like sql . Also they asked puzzles and guesstimates. Interview was very smooth and nice , you don't need to be panick at all just be confident at the time of interview
It is a very lengthy and time consuming interview process. Gaps between the interviews is a little long and it takes the whole day to finish with all rounds of interviews
It was easy and straightforward. There were 2 technical rounds. They asked puzzles and brain teasers. Panel was jovial and helpful. They have hired quite a few people at once
