First Round was online test which included aptitude,LRDI etc.
I had 3 round of interviews in which I was asked introduction ,several puzzles, discussion about my project and Why I want to join EXL. Interviewers were very friendly.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
