It was an in-depth interview process but a small team, so they took a significant level of care of making sure it was the right fit for their business. Its formal but they make you feel relaxed as their office has a really nice design in comparison to other agencies and its a warm space. Detailed interview questions but not traditional in the format or structure they ask them in. Its conversational but you need to know figures and expand with examples.

Started with a phone screening with the Operations Manager, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the Managing Director and then an in-person meeting in the offices before proceeding to offer
