The interview was friendly and consisted of a power point presentations and some introductions. It was a group interview and remote. It was clear that this was not a selective interview, just the final step before hire.

The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
