3 step process, first it was the phone call getting notified that they are interested in interviewing you and why you are fit for the job. Then it’s the 2nd interview where you meet with 3 people at once, interviewing your knowledge of sports. Third interview is about soft skills, and where you see your career at ESPN. At one point they will ask you to write your top ten of clips they choose and why.

Entrevista
Phone call with the head of the program. Lots of information thrown out there. They'll ask question about sports. Don't have to know them all but you should. Plenty of people want to work there. Show them YOUR value.
Good interview process, everything was clear and good communication. They love to hire fans so knowledge on sports and the company is fundamental! the first phase of it though, is based mostly on basic interview questions and they are not hard to pass. Have a great mindset, relax and it will be fine.
Initial screening phone call, followed by a Zoom knowledge test for the position and then a final Zoom with multiple employees throughout the company with more targeted questions regarding working at the company.
