Kind of an intense interview process with multiple interviews and written assignments. The office tour was cool, but the controls room was kind of sad (lots of people squished in one room). It is a good place to work for a few years, but that's probably it. A good stopping point but not a forever job.

Phone screening, first round, and then final round. Interviews were with team managers and recruiter. Talked about specific experiences on resume. A few behaviorals. Pretty casual conversation from my experience.

Very easy and efficient. Had one zoom call then got the job. Just be enthusiastic and show a lot of interest in learning and growing. They value showing you care so make sure to care.
